All egg sales are done as pickup only on the farm. please call or text for availability of eggs.

Eggs Fresh from the Nest

Eggs are collected daily. These eggs are then brought in and packaged as is(not washed). Then the cartons remain at room temperature. Eggs can last a few weeks at room temperature do the the natural protective layer over the shell. this "bloom" prevents the transfer of bacteria into the egg.

Freshly washed eggs

Eggs are collected daily. These eggs are then brought in and washed and packaged. Then the cartons are placed into the refrigerator.
